The Senior Financial

Analyst, Manufacturing FPA is instrumental in leading and driving

the planning and forecasting process, and providing insightful analyses and

information to enhance company decision making and profitability.

Responsibilities and

Duties:
Business Partner with Manufacturing

Operations leadership to drive enhanced decision making

Manage the budgeting and forecasting

process for a segment of Manufacturing Operations

Manage the month-end process to

analyze actual results that include financial statement line items and

expense detail versus budgets, plans and forecasts, explain variances for

the understanding of all business partners

Prepare financial statement /

select balance sheet flux analysis and provide detailed explanations for

external auditors

Prepare monthly financial

reporting packages for internal management review

Lead and drive monthly

financial review meetings with business partners, including executive

management

Drive cost reduction efforts

and reporting

Prepare Capital Equipment ROI’s

Analytics for executive management review

Assist with special projects as

requested

Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience in a high

tech public company required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance,

Accounting, or Business related

Excellent analytical,

organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the

ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of

management

Ability to prioritize multiple

responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly

Demonstrated detail-oriented

work ethic

High degree of sensitivity and

discretion in working with confidential information, required

Strong computer skills, with

intermediate to advanced level Excel skills

Oracle R12 experience ideal
