work directly with hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, HR Business
Partners, University Relations, and others to ensure that our clients have an

Key Responsibilities:
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator your
main activities will involve working directly with the Talent Acquisition and
Global Mobility teams, as well as hiring managers, contract recruiters and
candidates in scheduling interviews, and providing recruiting-related information
and support. The processing of requisitions, offers, and offer letters can be
involved along with some vendor management activities. This position requires a
level of coordination that is highly detail-oriented and has critical upstream
ramifications. Your outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and
the ability to coordinate and communicate with clients and co-workers at all
levels are a must. A sense of urgency
and a service-oriented attitude is paramount to success in this role.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
A minimum 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience, including interview scheduling.
Must be able to make
scheduling decisions independently, with ability to handle short scheduling
windows, changes to the schedule, and multiple interviewers.
Experience working in
a fast-paced high tech environment.
A track record of
excellent judgment
Interest in pursuing a
career in HR is a plus.
Complete knowledge of
the MS Office Suite and Outlook Exchange, including Lync.
Some experience with
Applicant Tracking Systems (especially Taleo).
Excellence in
communicating via email and phone.
Ability to work with
various levels of the organization.
A keen ability to multi-task,
handle multiple client groups, and excel at providing client service.
The ideal candidate
will have strong customer service skills and will take initiative to execute
tasks and improve processes and programs with excellent project coordination,
organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work as a
team player and be flexible in taking on new tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment.
