What You’ll do
You will be responsible for managing the DFT IP design, development and bring up on Cisco’s ASICs on ATE and system level test, along with the development of innovative DFT IP in collaboration with the Central Hardware Group to functionally test ASICs in the system that have a focus on debug-capability and fault isolation. You will drive system level DFT fault isolation techniques appropriate for Adaptive test data collection. Your team will be responsible for Innovative DFT for new silicon device models, including silicon photonic chipsets, bare die, stacked die and 2.5D and 3D. You will provide leadership and oversight for Cisco’s Component Suppliers to implement innovative and leading edge DFT to enable high test coverage and debug-ability on the ASICs on ATE and in system. Your thought-leadership skills will be highly utilized to drive Cisco-wide system-level ‘design-for testability’ for all Cisco’s products.Who You’ll work With
You will collaborate with ASIC design teams in the Central Hardware Group, board/system hardware engineers in the various business units, peer groups of packaging, test, component engineering in Component Quality and Technology team, and in New Product Introductions Engineers in Supply Chain Operations. Who you are:
Master Degree or higher preferred
3+ years managing Silicon DFT team
10+ years SOC/VLSI chip design experience
3+ years experience working in Operations at product level test External industry experience and thought-leadership is a must.
Excellent knowledge of latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT and test.
Ability to drive deep collaboration and leadership across many parts of Cisco’s technical entities to provide bleeding-edge solutions for Cisco’s ASIC and system test strategies.
Must have superior, proven skills in communication, presentation, perseverance and cross-functional leadership to drive results and change across organizations up to the executive level.
