Jobs
& Responsibilities:
Work with cross functional groups (example: Yield Engineering,
Customer Engineering, Turnkey Operations, Modules, Manufacturing, Regions,
etc.) on production and qualification issues
Optimize PO backlog, WIP and Starts to maximize throughput and
linearity through understanding of capacity and process constraints by
different product families
Work with Ops and Engineering teams closely to ensure Fab &
Engineering inventory and WIP/BANK are kept at optimum levels
Extensively utilize MES for WIP management and Oracle Systems for
Finished Goods Inventory management
New orders receipt, schedule, starts and shipment management
Ensure on-time delivery goals for customers are met and minimize
delinquency
WIP prioritization management
Take lead in systems automation for productivity and efficiency
improvements for cross functional groups
Manage critical and strategic customer accounts to ensure customer
satisfaction
Take lead in Customer teleconference meetings to understand &
discuss business/ manufacturing activities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and
support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and
programs
Understanding a customer’s MRP for pipeline evaluation
Analyzing product pipelines, adjustments per supplier deliveries
and lead times
Communicating with Branch personnel in order to communicate with
customers with updates and resolutions if needed
Managing inventory to financial goals
Work closely with Purchasing Department to meet Customer, Sales
& Inventory needs
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis, develop corrective
actions, test and implement to prevent future issues.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to execute a
detailed plan to produce efficient and profitable solutions.
Ability to multi-task at a fast pace using time management and
prioritization skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision,
understanding how to problem solve within a corporate environment.
Ability to create influential relationships with internal and
external customers, as well as with offshore resources.
Strong communication skills
The ability to understand and evaluate metrics and apply process
improvement metrics.
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
Required
Qualifications:
More than 8 years of experience in the field of wafer fab planning
Bachelors’ degree in business administration or related field
required.
Able to write and communicate well with different internal and
external functional groups.
Understanding of multiple languages like Chinese and Thai would be
a plus for communication with external parties.
