Description of duties: This position is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Network and Server Systems in a dynamic organization with diverse and challenging IT requirements. The successful candidate will work individually and as part of a team to improve the operating architecture for critical IT services. Work will include website/build administration, server administration, some disaster recovery planning, and security administration for both on-premise and cloud-based resources.
Education & Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, relevant experience. 1+ Years’ experience administering servers in a Windows-based infrastructure or troubleshooting/maintaining switches and routers. Bonus if you have experience with Active Directory, IIS (Interna information services), Microsoft CRM, Ingeniux CMS, and Azure Devops.

Compensation and Benefits package includes:
- Competitive wages, annual discretionary bonus. Pay Rage $72,600/yr to $108,900/yr
- Medical, dental & vision benefits provided (100% employer paid premium for the employee, 75% employer paid premium for the dependents).
- Defined retirement contribution: SPIE provides an automatic 5% contribution PLUS SPIE offers UP to 5% matching contributions and 100% vested immediately
